Dojo create new corporate identity for Property Management firm Walker Sandford

Walker Sandford manage a broad range of flatted and commercial properties in the central belt of Scotland. They have a unique approach to property management with experience and professionalism as the foundation.

Walker Sandford Property Management Ltd incorporate William Cherry & Sandford, a factoring company with over 100 years of service. Walker Sandford itself has now been trading for over sixteen years. Their servicesinclude Essential Property Maintenance, Property Inspection Reports, Manageable Monthly Accounting, Communication, Emergency Cover, Common Buildings Insurance, Lift Maintenance / Insurance, and Fire Alarm Maintenance.

Walker Sandford felt it was time for a company revamp. And with it came their corporate rebranding. We redesigned their logo, and made them a lush brochure on heavy black silkpaper with full colour photography inside and a tactile spot varnish on the cover whichcatches the light beautifully. We were all delighted when the finished product came back from the printers.
